Are there dates that indicate when it was published or revised?

Are the links working on the page or document?  Does it seem curated or abandoned?

Is the language timely and appropriate?

GUIDELINES:

Current Topic : current to 1 year for fast moving and changing issues and topics. Only use older materials if explaining the history or chronology of the topic. ( Example:  Gay Marriage, 19th Amendement and Women's Right to Vote)

Health, Science or Legal : 5 years

History : Primary sources and reviews of events leading up to historical occurence to current (secondary) sources.
