Skills Assessment Tools
'Skills Assessment' tools refer to platforms that allow you to test specific skills, or understanding of a concept. These tools will help you to assign specific skill practice online, or make it easier to create online assessments.
Tools included in this section:

IXL: A skills assessment tool with content for Math, Language Arts, Science, Social Studies & Spanish. IXL provides a library of pre-created skills exercises, corresponding to specific class content & standards, which can be easily assigned to students.

Formative: A skills assessment tool that allows teachers to create 'formative' digital assessments, or assignments out of any lesson material. Questions can be added on top of an existing document (such as a PDF worksheet) for students to interact with, or added to a Formative on their own, as a standalone quiz.
