For an entry in a reference work with no byline [author], use the following format:
Title of entry. (Year). In A. Editor & A. Editor (Eds.), Title of reference work (xx ed., Vol. xx, pp. xxx-xxx). Location: Publisher.
*Be sure to indent the second line!
